Our objectives for offering this cultural exchange include:
1. Supporting a village school; the Malanda area has many children who find it difficult to attend school. Most of these children are orphans. The village has set up a school where these children can receive education-orphan support.
2. Chief Nsefu’s village has only one clinic, with one staff member for a population of 5740. The village aims at supporting the clinic by improving infrastructure and equipment.
3. The area has been impacted by HIV/AIDS. Patients need support and care, and the village aims at supporting these people.
4. The village also works to help people with disabilities by providing training for various skills.
